Excellent customer service and friendly staff, always ready to assist with any inquiries or issues. . Convenient central location with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a variety of options to choose from.
Room cleanliness was subpar, with noticeable dust and stains in certain areas. . Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and often dropped, making it difficult to stay connected.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect for our stay in the city. It was within walking distance to many key attractions and public transportation, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. the hotel offered complimentary breakfast, which was a nice bonus to start our day off right. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of sightseeing.
One downside of our stay at this hotel was the lack of credit card acceptance. It would have been more convenient if they allowed payment with credit cards, as this is the preferred method for many travelers.
